I've been working in the creative space now for over ten years and have gathered many skills in various concentrations. For this reason, I'm entirely opposed to the use of GenAI for the arts. As a polykraft, I feel that it hinders humans from true artistic growth and takes resources not only away from the environment, but from the very artists whose works give the technology breath. The first skill I acquired, art is still a favorite of mine. Having done everything from illustration for published books to game art.
A have created music for games, film, and content in the genres of orchestral, rock, hip-hop, and jazz.
My primary skillset throughout my career had been Unity/C#. I have, however, expanded to React/React Native, Node.Js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL; building my skill as a full-stack dev.
Creating worlds is what sparks my desire to innovate. I love reaching into the winds of the hyper-plane to grab ideas. From there, its a matter telling stories based on those themes, bringing characters and worlds from the land of dreams into the plane of Reality.
During my time at Createspace, I illustrated/designed various book covers and interiors. Among them Dragon’s Paw (2020), Combat Boy and the Monster Token (2014), Bindings of Corruption (2014) , to name a few.
This is the first position I held in the games industry, and to date, the only one that allowed me to use all of talent. In my time here, I was responsible for game illustrations, animations, and composing music. Later on, after learning Unity 3D, I began creating prototypes.
This was the first position I held that was primarily development. I provided code and animations for the Archer P.I. App (2017).
As a full-time developer, I worked with my team as the lead developer on the initial framework for Vizz 3D (2020). The framework incorporated various design patterns including MVC, Messaging, and Factory among others.
My team at this company worked on the Mastery Platform. My Math Academy. These educational games were math based for K-3rd grade. The work I performed was primarily Unity/C# code creation and bug fixes.
Working on the MMO, School of Dragons (based on Dreamworks School of Dragon), my main contribution was leadership; writing confluence documents, creating and managing Jira tickets, and running AGILE meetings.
The work I've done as Creative Technical Director has ranged from film and content management to software development. In addition to providing Unity/C# code for CryptoRaiders, and Skate X (NFT games), I also composed the music KOBO (2024), an orchestral album with narration and funk elements. I directed and composed the original soundtrack for the feature length film Watcher at the Realm (released 2025)
Currently, I utilize sketch up to model original sets for films/theater and other sorts of fabrications. Moreover, I contribute to the team by being hands on as I help construct, paint, and deliver sets.
