POLYKRAFTED ENTERTAINMENT OFFICIALLY KICKS OF PHASE 2 OF ITS STORYTELLING UNIVERSE WITH THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ‘THE DUELSMAN’ ECOSYSTEM
Creative Technical Director Micha’El SonVega Invites Viewers and Listeners to Return to the Hyperplane with a True Fiction Action-Drama
ATLANTA, GA – September 3, 2026 – Polykrafted Entertainment is announcing today the follow-up to the artist Micha’El’s narrative album, KOBU (2024), and his directorial debut of the derivative film based off its events, Watcher at the Realm (2025), with The Duelsman.
The Duelsman represents a new genre coined by Micha’El, true fiction; a stylized retelling of the actor of character’s real life events incorporated into fictitious worlds; read up on it here.
The story follows Micha’El’s character from Watcher at the Realm directly after the events of the film. He suffers a humiliating fall from grace, losing his powers as a Knight Ancient. As he attempts to restore himself to power, he is forced to remember the events of his past where he walked the earth as wandering, hyperplane wind-breathing member of an ancient sect of warriors named Duelsmen.
“Several familiar characters from Watcher at the Realm will return.”, says Micha’El. He also adds that “….the story is a sequel/prequel..” in that it takes place in the present but that large portions, nearly half, of the events are set roughly ten years in the past.
The Duelsman Ecosystem implements a parallel IP architecture which includes an urban fantasy novel (The Duelsman), a philosophical work (Codex SonVeganus), a musical album which features Micha’El’s other new genre, hyperflux, (The Duelsman), an action-based vertical drama (Duelsman: The Series), and a feature-length film (Duelsman, and the Elishan Spectacle).
The music album is first up, and will be followed by the other forms of media, following the same release pattern as Phase 1. The official album release date is December 16, 2026. However, the first single, “The Properties of “Aether” will be released in a couple of weeks on September 16, 2026. Click here to check out a short clip of the track.
The release dates of the Codex SonVeganus and The Duelsman novel have not been announced as yet. However, Micha’El has posted previews of them both on his website’s blog section @sonvega.com and on his substack.
Finally, the vertical drama and feature length film are in the early stages of development with release dates to be set after the releases of the album, the codex, and the novel.
